Toque of The Town Catering is based out of Long Island, NY. The company was created just after I graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in March, 2003. The business is based out of my home and I prominently do off-premise catering in private homes and small facilities. My average parties range from 5-100 people. After returning from Florida in 2006, my close friend joined the business and he and I have been working together since. The geographic areas that we will initially cater for are Metropolitan New York including Long Island, the 5 Boroughs, Westchester, and the Catskill Region of upstate New York, as well as Fairfield County and surrounding areas of Connecticut.
We believe in farm fresh and organic style cooking,therefore all food is made from scratch with few exceptions. We cater all cuisines, specializing in American Regional, Italian, Irish, German, and Spanish. We are also now open to doing private chef jobs on a short or long term basis.
